Sunset at the beach of Riccione

It was right after Dinner when I noticed the pink sky, so I grabbed my camera and went to the water to enjoy the Sunset at the beach of Riccione. At the end of May the tourist season had not yet started and so there were just a handful of other people around. As often in Italy, the Beaches are dominated by Deckchairs and parasols in rows, but in Riccione, there are occasionally free beaches where you can go without having to pay to lay in the sun and burn your skin. Not that it would matter when I walk by a beach zone, but on the free ones you can just enjoy a longer stretch of the sandy beach.

But without any further words, here the impressions of the setting sun in Riccione in Emilia-Romagna. A fun side note is that In Italy the people from the other side of the country, in Tuscany, often say that they are missing something as for them the sun is setting on the wrong side. Indeed I wasn’t really able to see the sun, but the pink sky it created that Day and enjoying it at the Beach with the sound of the water … it was just perfect.

In another Article I’ll share Pictures of the Beach during the Day, as well as other Articles about the Region and things to do near Riccione and Rimini on the Italian side of the Adriatic.
