The newest Veggie burger by Gourmet Burger Kitchen is the Veg Out Burger. Announced on Instagram I knew I had to try this meat-free Burger as soon as possible. Gourmet Burger Kitchen is a chain of Burger Restaurants in multiple cities across England, previously I had the Falafel Burger at their London Westfield Restaurant, and loved it! Gourmet Burger Kitchen Liverpool is conveniently located in the City Centre and easily reachable. The Veg Out Burger isn’t available anymore as it was their monthly special Burger, also the first ever meat-free special burger.

Who said Vegetarian Burgers are not enjoyable? You don’t need to have beef or chicken on your burger to make it a “proper burger”, you only have to visit Gourmet Burger Kitchen GBK to find out how tasty meat-free tastes, in my opinion. The Veg Out Veggie Burger mainly consists of two sweet potato, pea & feta croquettes, topped with grilled aubergine, chermoula yoghurt, cajun relish & garlic mayo. Doesn’t this already sound delicious? And I can tell you, it is! To get the full fast food burger experience, I had a portion of fries with hot cheese sauce on the side. Oh, how was this good! The croquettes of the Burger were crunchy out- and creamy inside, the bun soft and the fries just cheesily-good. I can definitely recommend both dishes (if you plan on only having one big, hearty meal a day).
