Pizza Margherita by Rossopomodoro at EXPO 2015 in Milan

I already told you, I had the very best Pizza of my entire life at Rossopomodoro during the EXPO 2015 in Milan. Pizza Margherita is my absolute favorite Pizza. Pizza dough that rested for 24 hours, fresh canned Pomodoro (Tomatoes), the best mozzarella and sprinkles of the tastiest Italian Olive Oil. That’s it. Easy, cheap and just so delicious. Ah, I’m on cloud nine when I’m just starting to think about the Pizza Margherita by Rossopomodoro at EXPO 2015 in Milan.

Rossopomodoro could be found in the EATALY House at EXPO 2015 in Milan. Other Restaurants were selling Italian Noodles or a Nutella Bar as well, but I went for the Italian classic. The queue was quite long with more than 20 People and I haven’t stopped the time, but I stood at least 20 Minutes in the Line. Very entertaining was that I was able to follow all the steps for making a pizza by the professionals. The Pizza dough at Rossopomodoro rests for 24 hours, so it’s especially tasty. Then the dough balls are thrown through the Air, it looks so easy. Now the Toppings, canned Tomato sauce followed by Mozzarella Cheese and some sprinkles of Olive Oil. After minutes the Pizza is ready for the Oven, and ready within some another minutes. Now again some Olive Oil and the Pizza Margherita by Rossopomodoro are ready to be enjoyed.

I was definitely not the only enthusiast of the Pizze (Italian plural for Pizza) by Rossopomodoro. During the 6 EXPO 2015 months in Milan they created more than 180.000 Pizze – About 1.000 per Day!
