The Christmas Market in Hanover, in Lower Saxony, is located in the City Center and at the Train Station, you can barely miss it! When I went to Hanover, just to have a quick Dinner in the City Center, I arrived at the Train Station and walked all along the Christmas Market. As it was already getting dark everything was illuminated, the Shops and the Streets. One of my favourites was this high and big thing, also illuminated. Do you know how it’s called? I’ve already seen similar ones at three Christmas Markets so far (Hanover, Friedrichshafen, Munich) so it seems to be a common thing? I’m really looking forward if someone of you can reveal it!
Even though there was so much food offered at the Christmas Market in Hanover I haven’t bought anything besides a small cone with candied almonds. If you want to buy something to drink besides mulled wine, at the Train Station you can find several supermarkets or Coffee Shops like Starbucks.
