I have stayed at Motel One Dresden in early May 2020, I can definitely recommend room 532. When booking a room at this hotel, definitely ask for a “Zwinger view” room if they have availabilities! The other side of the hotel isn’t too bad either, but it’s facing a street with both cars and trams, the Zwinger side is definitely more pleasant 😉
