For a quick snack, lunch or dinner in Dresden, the Vietnamese restaurant Anh Tu in the Altmarkt Galerie Dresden is suggested. Located on the basement floor of the Shopping Center, Anh Tu offers Asian classics as well as specialties, currently solely for take away. For those in a hurry, there are also ASIA snack boxes, each with a sauce of your choice. The base is always fried noodles with vegetables and topped with either tender chicken meat, crispy squid rings, crispy chicken meat or mini spring rolls. The small box costs € 4.50 each, the large box € 5.50. I opted for the Asia Snack Box B1 with spring rolls in small. You can choose from one of those four sauces free of charge: peanut, sweet and sour, sweet and sour chilli as well as pepper coriander.

Address Anh Tu Dresden: Webergasse 1, 01067 Dresden, UG Altmarkt Galerie
Opening times: daily 10 a.m. – 8 p.m., except Fridays until 9 p.m.
