Shopping clothes online, ordering and paying food online, same day delivery and more is everyday business, but buying a car online!? To test new markets and ways of distribution, German car manufacturer Opel just opened their first Store in a shopping mall in Stuttgart. Milaneo is the biggest shopping mall in Baden-Wuerttemberg in southern Germany, with more than 200 shops ranging from clothes to decoration to health, Restaurants and more. And now, there is an Opel Store called cayu. cayu means car for you and the concept is pretty simple. Instead of having to visit a specific car dealership, you can stroll in, check out their latest models such as the Opel Adam or Opel Crossland, and yes, even buy a car. But why in Stuttgart and not in Frankfurt or Berlin? I didn’t even know that, but the first ever Opel dealership opened in Stuttgart, back then, and they are a great partner for a project like this.
