In the past years, the number of actual post offices has been cut, however, you don’t necessarily need to visit an post office to send your postcard, letter or parcel. Where to buy stamps in Germany

With the steady loss in actual post offices in Germany, it might not be that easy to find out how to get stamps, especially if you are a tourist. But luckily, most shops or stores, that sell postcards, sell stamps as well. They will also be able to tell you the closest location of a post box. In Germany, they are yellow. The signature colour of Deutsche Post.
