If you want to enjoy a vegan brunch in Stuttgart, I can highly recommend vhy! in Stuttgart. Situated just a few metres off Stuttgart Feuersee lake and namesake public transportation station, as well as just south of the inner city centre, the location couldn’t be better. Still in the centre of the city, but in a rather quiet street with a lush garden. The garden is probably the second, or lets say third-nicest thing about vhy!, after the stunning interior and the delicious all-vegan food.

Vegan Brunch in Stuttgart offerings at vhy!

Brunch is offered on weekends only at vhy, hence a reservation or a portion of luck will be necessary to secure yourself a table. Especially a table outside in the lush enclosed garden. As anticipated, the range of animal-contact-free dishes is large, for a Restaurant with an all vegan Brunch in Stuttgart. Individually, we went for the scrambled tofu on an airy pretzel roll with confit tomatoes and chives for 7,90 € and the Toasted sourdough bread Three with hummus, roasted spinach, bean sprouts, curry and dried cherry tomatoes for 7,50 €. For a shared sweet treat, we went for the fluffy blueberry pancakes with bananas, blueberries, maple syrup for 9,50 €.

Other offerings from their vegan brunch in Stuttgart menu are, for example, French toast made with fluffy yeast plait, Spicy roll with cashews & Ras el-Hanout, Grilled cheeze sandwich with sourdough bread, tomatoes, spinach or a creamy warm porridge, Warm millet with roasted pear, blueberries, almonds, mango. There definitely will be something for everyone on the menu, even though you’re not too acclimatised with vegan foods.

All our meals have been utterly delicious and freshly made, highly recommendable! The only small down point for me, the choice of milk I wanted to have with my Cappuccino, so I went with a black coffee instead 😉 Keep in mind the kitchen hours for weekend breakfast at vhy! are only from 9:30 am till 1 pm, so no all-day brunch.
