Lunch at Soul Kitchen Skopje

My Lunch at Soul Kitchen Skopje has been quick, and more than satisfying. If there is one thing I have learned on this Trip about Noth Macedonia, it is the culinary excellence in the capital city Skopje. There has been not one meal that has been really good. Based on the quality restaurants in Skopje offer, they are definitely well on an international level. Soul Kitchen has definitely been a factor in this experience. Located at the City Quay between The Bridge of Civilisations in Macedonia and The Bridge of Art, Soul Kitchen Skopje offers the best of the Balkan cuisine, with international influences.

Quick Pasta Lunch in Skopje at Soul Kitchen

To make to most of my hour before boarding the Bus to the Airport, I dropped in to Soul Kitchen at noon. The Restaurant was busy. With an outdoor sitting area closed due to winter season, I was also okay with sitting inside. A very modern interior design, which mixes darker wood tones with lots of greenery. Definitely a lively atmosphere. Once the friendly waiter came over, I asked for meals that could be prepared quickly as I was short on time, and settled on Spaghetti Quattro Formaggi. Even though the al dente Pasta was tossed in a sauce of four cheeses, it did not taste too cheesy, but creamy and well seasoned. An easy but good meal.
With my small bottle of water I came to less than 6 € for this Lunch. What a stellar price. I can highly recommend Soul Kitchen Skopje. They offer Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner as well as Coffee/Hot Beverages and sweets throughout the day.
