One of the most fun activities I did in Prague, the Capital of the Czech Republic, was a Boat Tour on Vlata River with Prague Boats. Seeing the City from the water, and from a Boat, gives you another view on everything. And also, it helps you to orientate yourself as you suddenly see so many new things, and where they are located. As it’s a fun, and touristy, Activity there are different kinds of Boat Tours on Vlata River in Prague available. You could spend your afternoon on a 2 hour Cruise with Cake and Coffee, or enjoy ‘Prague by Night’ with a Dinner Buffet and Live Music. These Tours are definitely on my bucket list for other visits to Prague. I did an 1 hour Boat Tour for a price of 290 CZK, 11 €, per Person. If you buy the Tickets online you receive a -10% discount, more Details here.
The Boat Tours start at the ‘Boat Terminal’ in Prague, right next to Čechův most/Čech Bridge at Dvořákovo nábř street. The seating on the Boats is free, so you should be one of the first to board the boat to save the best seats. But, as the boat is driving one oval circle in the water along the City, on either way you have a good view on everything. The old Town with Prague Castle, driving under Charles Bridge and seeing all the Tourists, and all the other old and modern buildings. For extra Information, you can listen to descriptions of the various monuments in eight languages, among them is English of course. For refreshments, during the Cruise, you can buy hot and cold beverages on board. I had a hot chocolate, which was good, but not as tasty as the Hot Chocolate by Nerudova Prague.
If you’re planning on visiting Prague in the Winter for New Year’s Eve, they offer special Tours with either refreshments and a DJ or a served menu with Piano Music. Read more about the Prices on their website.

Several companies offer Easter-themed boat trips, including Easter egg hunts and Easter brunch. Truly a memorable experience, as you can read in a previous travel blog post, ‘Prague Boats’ Boat Tour on Vltava River in Prague. […]
