The event kicks off on Friday, 23rd May, at Villa Erba with a preview of the Broad Arrow Auctions, offering a first look at the exceptional vehicles going under the hammer. Saturday, 24th May, sees the focus shift to Villa d’Este, where attendees can witness the exquisite historic cars and concept cars being judged. Participate in the Public Referendum via the event app to cast your vote for the “Coppa d’Oro Villa d’Este” and the “Concorso d’Eleganz Villa d’Este Design Award”. Enjoy special exhibitions, including a display from Rolls-Royce, before the afternoon parade on the Villa d’Este terrace, culminating in the “Coppa d’Oro” and special awards ceremonies. Meanwhile, Villa Erba hosts “Amici & Automobili – Wheels & Weisswürscht” in the morning, continuing Broad Arrow Auction previews throughout the day, followed by the much-anticipated auction in the evening.
Sunday, 25th May, marks the spectacular Public Day – Il Festival at Villa Erba. Following the transfer of all competing cars, the grounds become a vibrant hub of activity from 09:30. Explore diverse exhibitions, including celebrations of BMW’s motorsport heritage (85 years Mille Miglia win 1940) and the 50th anniversary of the BMW 3 Series, alongside showcases of automotive craftsmanship. Enjoy the entertainment programme, food trucks, shopping area, and a dedicated Kids Area. Public judging for the Concept Cars Design Award and Young People’s Referendum also takes place here. The day features a second Broad Arrow Auction session before the grand afternoon parade of historic cars and the main award ceremonies, honouring class winners, design excellence, and special jury and president’s trophies.
