Pizza in Brixen – Dai Romani Pizzeria in Bressanone, South Tyrol

When in Italy you just have to eat pizza! Of course, this also applies to South Tyrol in northern Italy. Pizza alla Pala-style Pizza is available in Brixen/Bressanone at pizzeria Dai Romani. The restaurant is open all day from 10 am till 8 pm, and offers salads, lasagna, kebab, chicken nuggets, toast, piadine, focaccia, fried arancine (suppli di riso) as well as pizza slices, to eat in- or outside the restaurant, or for taking away.
The pizza slices are weighed, and therefore the price differs depending on the topping. For my pictured Pizza Bianca with zucchini, I paid 5 euros. The dough of the Pizza was very tasty, and exactly the way I like it – kinda thick with air bubbles but still a firm and crispy base.
