Hi I have celiac disease and can I eat sweet and sour from Ryan Air’s flight menu, or is there other food from the menu that is gluten-free?

What about ordering it inside the airplane during your flight?
€2 for chocolate bars that have an RRP of 80p and €3 for a tea, when you’re not allowed to take it on board because fo ‚health and saftey‘.
It’s robbery of a captive market and should be illegal.
