Discover Mummies, Dinosaurs and World Cultures at the stunning World Museum Liverpool

May it be a bad weather activity in Liverpool or an educational trip, the World Museum Liverpool is a museum for everyone, from 3 to 103 years. Ancient treasures from around the world, preserved cultures, new worlds from the planetarium or underwater in the aquarium, this and so much more can be found in the Museum housed in a building from 1851. It’s centrally located near the Lime Street Train Station and also just a short walk from the shopping area and the Albert Dock, so definitely easy to reach.

Besides the Dinosaurs at World Museum Liverpool, I also found the mummified animals highly interesting. And did you know, “this year, in modern Britain, people will spend at least 6.4 billion pounds on the lives (and deaths) of domestic animals? This proves that animals are still a lucrative industry, as they were in ancient Egypt.” This just proves the human behaviour and affection for their furry friends haven’t changed a bit in thousands of years.
