The tagliatelle with fresh summer truffles is available in different portions. You can choose a regular portion for 19,90€, or you can opt for a smaller appetizer portion for 14,90€. If you also want to try other dishes, I recommend the “Versucherle“, where ribbon noodles are served in truffle cream. This small portion costs only 7,90€ and is perfect to experience the taste of truffle pasta without getting full.
The taste of the truffle pasta is really excellent. The combination of tender tagliatelle and the intense aroma of fresh summer truffle is simply heavenly. The only minor criticism is that the sauce could be a bit more generous. Nevertheless, the pasta is overall excellent in taste and definitely a recommendation for the summer in Bad Saulgau and Upper Swabia.
