Looking for a cozy place to spend your time before departure of your train at Pisa Centrale Station? Check out this Cafe in Pisa, just a street corner away of the station. La Borsa is a Bar and Café in the heart of the city. They offer sweets and coffee during the day, and apperitivo and drinks in the evening. On my afternoon wait, almost an hour until the departure of the next train, I went for something sweet. Tiramisu is always a good decision, such as coffee! My authentic italian dessert in this Cafe in Pisa hasnt been the best Tiramisu I have ever eaten, but definitely not the worst (such as Tiramisu at Firenze SMN train Station..). Therefore, if you have quite some time to kill at the station, walk those few metres over to La Borsa and enjoy your wait as quality time at this Bar. Even just for a drink, sitting outside and enjoying Pisa street-life. In Pisa I can also recommend Caffe dei Cavalieri for fantastic coffees and cornetti.
