Train like Caro Daur – check out her 14 min FAT BURN HIIT FULL BODY WORKOUT

After the young Hamburg-born Caroline Daur bought a camera last year to offer more video content besides her daily activity on her favourite social media platform Instagram, she finally released her first video. On the newly created YouTube channel “Caro Daur” the first video was released today on October 12, 2019. Titled “14 MINUTES FAT BURN HIIT FULL BODY WORKOUT | no equipment | Caro Daur #DAURPOWER” shows her hands-on HIIT fitness workout routine. A full-body workout. Incidentally, HIIT or HIT means interval training, here you train for a short time interval, rest and rejuvenate the body for an even smaller time interval, and train again for a short time interval. The “full-body training fat burning interval training” by influencer Caro Daur takes only about 14 minutes and can be done without any equipment. Only one should, of course, wear comfortable clothes.

7 exercises / 2 rounds

  1. 10x Toe Touches + 1x Burpee
  2. Walkout + Donkey Jump
  3. 10x Mountain climbers + 2x Get-ups
  4. 10x Jump Squats (Dynamic Squat) + 10x Jump Bounces
  5. 10x Spider Climbers + 10x Shoulder Taps
  6. 10x Jumping Jacks / 10x High Knees
  7. Clapping Sit-Ups

  10. This is perfect.. This is just what I need. Trying to fit in a workout seems a miracle for me . I think I can start to spare 15 minutes a day or 3 times a week.
