How come it’s already officially Fall? What did happen to summer, how did it pass by with the blink of an eye? Probably because I have spent most of my summer months working, and indoors, I haven’t felt much of a true summer. Regarding the training of my mind and brain, I want to finally tackle some “projects” I wanted to do for such a long time. As travelling has been complicated this year, I have already bought a book about Florence, back in March. It’s filled with recipes and stories about the city and Tuscany. Initially, I have wanted to cook every possible recipe of this book, but can you guess, I haven’t even opened it once since I was able to pick it up from a local bookshop (contact-free, of course!) Warming my heart and soul by immersing myself into the story behind certain typical dishes, as well as preparing and enjoying them. That’s definitely something I’m looking for.
