#UrbanDiscovery is a Roadtrip by Mercedes-Benz. Discovering metropolitan areas in Europe and launching the Facelift of the new Mercedes-Benz CLA, by creating stories. The Roadtrip started in Milan, went on to Paris, Antwerp, Amsterdam and ended in Berlin on July 23rd 2016 after more than a week of urban discoveries. I was able to join the Tour in Amsterdam, went exploring, and drove with a Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 Shooting Brake to Berlin, for some final explorations.

  • Nestled atop the iconic A’DAM Tower in Amsterdam, Ma’dam Restaurant offers an extraordinary culinary experience with a backdrop that’s equally breathtaking. My visit for lunch was nothing short of a gastronomic delight, coupled with sweeping views of Amsterdam’s city center that stretched as far as the eye could see. Lunch at the A’Dam Lookout Tower…

  • Durgerdam is a cute and small little village outside Amsterdam. It’s so close, but the atmosphere is so different, you won’t believe it’s actually a part of Amsterdam. You can either reach the tiny village either by Car, as I did with the Mercedes-Benz CLA Shooting Brake, or by bike. Durgerdam lies about 7 km…

The ceiling is high and the area spacious,…

  • Already when the Mercedes-Benz CLA was first launched in 2013 I fell in love. A smaller car with sexy proportions that can be either a race car or a business-appropriate one. A Car for individualists that don’t want to catch too much attention. Check out the Gallery I shot back in Summer 2013 with a…

  • Museumplein is one of the main sights in Amsterdam. All the big museums are situated along this Museum Square. In the middle there is water, some sports areas and a huge grass field for people to chill and relax. During the Day, and especially in the summer season, there are many tourists around. As I…

  • Restaurant Scheepskameel Amsterdam can be found in a rather hidden area, therefore it is pleasantly quiet. But the location-search will be so worth it! Right next to the water you can enjoy your Dinner either in- or outside, starting with Appetisers and a three-course menu that changes on a regular basis. Usually, Scheepskameel offers four…
