My Summer 2017 Roadtrip Playlist

A quintessential ingredient for a good Summer Roadtrip is a playlist with good music. Customised ones are often better than playing regional radio stations, even though I quite enjoyed greek folklore music during my 3 days offroad adventure in Crete. Anyway, good tunes often bring sweet memories, bringing flashbacks to those ‘good old times’. Therefore it’s always good to have one specific song, that you’re playing over and over, to remember this special Roadtrip. Last year I was listening to This Girl by Kungs & Cookin’ on 3 Burners nonstop on almost full volume, while driving back to Germany from northern Italy, during heavy rain and even snowfall, on summer tires, at the End of May. This exact song helped me to cope with the truly shitty situation, and whenever I hear it nowadays I have a big smile on my face. Sweet, sweet memories. Therefore, it’s so important to have a good selection of music.
